About Us

Miri Gillihan joined our team in 2021 as a Tax Preparer at our Nampa office. With over 25 years of experience, Miri is highly educated in providing tax preparation services, payroll, bookkeeping, audits, collections, and responding to both federal and state tax notices. Miri entered the tax world in 1998 at Ada Tax Professionals. In 2009, she earned the status of Enrolled Agent. During the 20+ years working for Elke Gribskov, her mentor, Miri developed her passion for education and sharing her knowledge with others. Miri helped organize and currently serves as President of Idaho Association of Tax Consultants. Over the years, Miri has had the privilege of playing cribbage with Ron Cammack and sharing laughs with Sharon Brewster while watching all-day tax seminars on DVD. When not immersed in the world of taxes, Miri enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin in the woods.

Christy Carter is our Office, Payroll, & Bookkeeping Manager, she has been with Asumendi & Kincheloe since 2019. Her passion and knowledge to help our business clientele of all sizes continue to grow and prosper through education, training, guidance and customer service as well as always going above and beyond for all our clients is what makes Christy such an integral part of our team. Christy stays busy outside of work enjoying the Idaho outdoors, date nights with her husband, watching her sons play football, movie nights with her daughters, and spending time with family and friends.

Lavonda Elliot has been with Asumendi & Kincheloe since 2021 in our Nampa office. In that time, she gained experience as an Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist. She is an all-around utility player for A&K and we are grateful to have her. Lavonda enjoys hanging out with friends and family as well as being with her enormous dog Daisy Duke.

Laurie Rowen is the Administrative Assistant for the Nampa office as well as the assistant to Jared. She has been with Asumendi & Kincheloe since 2020. Her experience in administration, bookkeeping, organization, and customer service has filled an intricate role for our team. Laurie grew up in Owyhee County, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Hannah Noethe has been a full-time Tax Preparer in our Nampa office since 2020. She consults with individual clients, including those with farms and businesses. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an Associate degree in Applied Mathematics from the College of Idaho. She is a member of the Idaho Association of Tax Consultants (IATC) and works hard to maintain her knowledge of recent tax changes. When Hannah is not working, you will likely find her enjoying a coffee, playing with her pups, or going fishing.

Andrew Faretta joined our team in 2024 as a tax preparer at our Nampa location. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montana State University in Bozeman. It was during his undergraduate studies that he found success and fulfilment in the form of his accounting courses. From there he worked at a small CPA firm in Sacramento and prepared taxes for individuals, businesses, and trusts, as well as performing bookkeeping services. He takes pride in being able to assist individuals and business owners in the form of tax preparation and financial guidance, as well as developing new relationships whenever possible. Andrew enjoys all the outdoor opportunities Idaho has to offer, such as mountain biking, skiing, fishing, and playing golf.
